As a provider of consumable supplement products, we only accept returns within 1 week of delivery if the item is unopened.

However, we have a 100% Happy Pup Guarantee on EVERY order! If you or your dog is unhappy within 14 days of purchase, please contact us directly and we'll help you out.

If you have issues with subsequent orders, please contact us, tell us what happened, and we'll ensure you're taken care of. Your experience + your pup's health and happiness is important to us. If we can make it right, we will!
